Pay to win mechanics.
There is a donate option @ the main website where you can just buy end-game gear if you're willing to pay real-life money.

"Playerbot=Enabled"
At what level? 70? You won't have access to "player bots" at early levels. Installed "Mangosbot" addon in the correct directory "Interface/Addons". Served up with a face full of stop errors when attempting to run it.

I made it to level 15 before tapping out.
